We are seeking a Facebook Advertising Strategist to strategically implement online paid advertising initiatives that achieve our clients' customer growth and revenue goals. The Facebook Advertising Strategist will provide research, planning, and execution of Facebook campaigns to drive short and long-term business objectives through Facebook Advertising. This is a remote job.

Responsibilities & Duties

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business goals and develop comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and competitor analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Plan campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient campaign execution.

Campaign Setup and Execution:

  • Build and launch Facebook Paid Advertising campaigns, ensuring all elements are set up correctly to meet campaign objectives.
  • Implement Facebook Pixel and Standard Events to track user interactions and optimize conversion tracking.
  • Create and manage custom audiences based on client data and campaign goals to maximize ad performance.
  • Develop and optimize ad creatives, including ad copy, images, and videos, tailored to different audience segments and ad formats.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to experiment with different ad variations and optimize campaign performance.

Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
  • Identify trends and insights from campaign data to adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for continuous improvement.
  • Implement optimization tactics to improve campaign ROI and achieve client KPIs, such as adjusting bids, refining audience targeting, and optimizing landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to ad delivery, performance, or tracking, ensuring smooth campaign operation.

Client Collaboration and Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Facebook advertising campaigns, providing regular updates and performance reports.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss campaign progress, results, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a strong understanding of campaign metrics and strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports detailing campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Use data visualization tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Data Studio to create insightful reports.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes related to Facebook and social media advertising.
  • Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously improve strategies and tactics.

Campaign Maintenance and Compliance:

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain campaign documentation, including ad creatives, targeting criteria, and performance data for future reference and analysis.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with Account Managers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and other team members to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated individual with strong initiative.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and manage multiple tasks with varying priorities.
  • Capable of working under pressure, flexible, and adept at working with diverse personalities.
  • Facebook Ad Certification is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language.
  • Proven experience running campaigns with various Facebook Ad objectives.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
