What You’ll Do
As a Google Ads Strategist, you'll take ownership of planning, launching, and managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns that align with client goals. You'll be part of a collaborative team of marketers, designers, and account managers working together to generate measurable success.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute Google Ads strategies tailored to client objectives
Align paid search campaigns with overall marketing and business goals
Keyword Research & Optimization
Conduct deep keyword research to identify high-intent opportunities
Optimize campaigns to improve Quality Scores, CTRs, and conversion rates
Campaign Management
Set up, manage, and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns
Monitor bids, budgets, ad placements, and audience targeting parameters
Run A/B tests to improve ad performance and ROAS
Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyze campaign data using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools
Provide daily updates and detailed weekly/monthly performance reports
Identify opportunities for growth and share actionable insights with the team
Ad Copywriting & Creative Collaboration
Write clear, persuasive ad copy aligned with each campaign’s goals
Collaborate with designers to produce engaging ad visuals when needed
Client Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Account Managers to align campaign performance with client expectations
Explain PPC strategy and results in clear, non-technical language
Build strong, professional client relationships through proactive communication
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
AdWords Certification (required)
Google Analytics Certification (required)
Deep understanding of PPC best practices and campaign optimization tactics
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance reporting
Excellent English communication skills — written, spoken, and client-facing
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Familiarity with Data Studio, Tag Manager, or other analytics platforms
Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or multi-location campaigns
Ability to present insights and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
