Account Manger
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between Digital Resource and our clients, ensuring their digital marketing campaigns drive measurable results. You’ll combine creativity, strategic planning, and client relationship management to execute campaigns that exceed expectations.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Campaign Management
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns for multiple clients (from small to large-scale projects).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance goals.
✅ Client Success
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
- Communicate regularly to gather feedback, share campaign insights, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
✅ Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, technical, and strategy) to align client goals with campaign execution.
- Ensure clear communication between departments to deliver successful campaigns.
✅ Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze key campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Report results to clients with actionable insights to demonstrate value and ROI.
✅ Problem Solving
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- 🎓 Experience: 2-3 years in a marketing agency, managing digital marketing campaigns.
- 🗂 Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management.

- 🧠 Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of digital project management and marketing best practices, including strategy development and execution.
