We thrive on innovation, collaboration, and results — and now we’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and proactive Partnerships & Webinars Coordinator to help us scale our thought leadership and partner engagement efforts.
Role Overview:
As the Partnerships & Webinars Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind Digital Resource’s partner-driven webinar program. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential partners, coordinating webinar logistics, supporting content development, and ensuring flawless execution on event day. You will work cross-functionally with our marketing, design, and content teams to bring these events to life and maximize their reach. This is a remote role.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Engagement & Coordination
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong relationships.
- Coordinate, scheduling communications, and logistics for partner webinars, interviews, and case studies.
- Conduct partner interviews and translate insights into stories, case studies, and campaign content.
- Suggest creative campaign ideas to showcase partners and expand visibility.
- Track and report on partner and webinar performance (attendance, engagement, conversion metrics) and use insights to improve future events.
Webinar Planning & Production
- Plan webinar topics, formats, and content in coordination with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Draft and prepare promotional materials (emails, landing pages, social posts, etc.) in HubSpot.
- Handle pre-event tasks, including tech checks, script prep, and speaker run-throughs.
- Host or moderate webinars via Zoom as needed, ensuring professional execution.
Content Capture & Repurposing
- Record webinars and interviews, then cut and repurpose content into short clips, graphics, and social/email assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to finalize and distribute repurposed content.
- Ensure timely follow-up after each event, including recordings, promotional assets, and performance reporting.
Webinar Execution
- Serve as the primary point of contact on webinar day — hosting, moderating, or supporting as needed.
- Monitor live webinars for technical issues and audience engagement.
- Ensure post-event follow-up, including sending out recordings, gathering feedback, and reporting KPIs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, partnerships, or content marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on using professional English in both written and verbal interactions.
- Proficiency with Zoom (Zoom events), Hubspot (or similar marketing automation tools), and Basecamp (or similar project management platforms).
- Basic content editing skills (video trimming, simple graphics) required.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Available to work in the U.S. Eastern Standard Time (at least several overlapping hours).
Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in B2B marketing or agency settings.
- On-camera confidence for moderating or hosting webinars.
- More advanced video editing or design skills.
What You’ll Get:
- 100% remote flexibility
- 2,000/month compensation (USD)
- Opportunities for professional growth and ownership of key initiatives
- Access to world-class tools and platforms.
- The chance to shape and scale a high-impact partner marketing program.
