Job Description:
Digital Resource is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Account Coordinator to join our talented and growing Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns for our diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of digital project management, and the ability to work effectively with multiple clients and internal teams. Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution of day-to-day tasks needed to develop world-class digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Communication: Communicate project information to the appropriate departmentalized teams to ensure that the solution addresses the client's campaign requirements under the guidance of the account management team leader.
  • Creativity: Demonstrate creativity in meeting client campaign requirements and contributing to innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 3 years of experience working in a marketing agency.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service experience.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital project management methodologies, including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and assist in running team meetings.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues and manage risks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge and excitement of new web technologies, web development processes, digital media creative components, media and advertising projects, and digital analytics implementation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Position Details:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an account coordinator or in a similar role within a marketing agency. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and a strong desire to develop a deep understanding of advertising and marketing. A "Can Do!" mentality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously are essential for success in this role.

  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate execution of marketing campaigns in alignment with client goals and expectations.
  • Communication Effectiveness: Facilitate clear and effective communication between internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Client Retention: Contribute to extending client retention rates by fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Campaign Performance: Assist in driving positive campaign outcomes through strategic planning and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Campaign Execution: Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing and social media campaigns for multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, technical, and strategic departments, to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Monitor Campaign Progress: Track campaign progress and performance metrics to ensure client goals are met and opportunities for optimization are identified.
  • Resolve Issues: Identify and address any issues or risks that may arise during campaign execution, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project outcomes.
