Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Assist in executing day-to-day activities for compelling digital marketing and social media campaigns that drive results.
Client Communications: Serve as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring all campaign components align with strategic goals and timelines.
Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with creative, technical, and strategic departments to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table while actively resolving issues and optimizing performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring: Track campaign progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure client satisfaction and continued success.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Timely Project Delivery: Maintain schedules and deliverables to meet or exceed client expectations.
Effective Communication: Foster clear, timely, and transparent communication across internal and client-facing touchpoints.
Client Retention & Satisfaction: Help nurture long-lasting client relationships through excellent service and strategic insight.
Campaign Impact: Assist in driving campaign effectiveness through attention to detail, proactive planning, and innovative thinking.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a marketing agency environment, ideally in an account coordination, project management, or client services role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field preferred.
Digital Marketing Acumen: Understanding of digital project management practices, campaign development, creative asset management, and analytics reporting.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with web technologies, content management systems, social platforms, and performance tracking tools.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Positive, client-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple tasks, clients, and timelines with efficiency.
Excellent Communication: Confident verbal and written communicator—able to simplify complex information for both clients and internal teams.
Proactive Attitude: A “Can Do!” mentality with a drive to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations.
