The Opportunity
Do you love creating scroll-stopping videos and visuals — and are you excited about using AI tools to do it faster and smarter? We're looking for a talented AI Multimedia Producer to join our creative team and produce high-impact content for real brands across paid ads, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
This is a hands-on production role where your work will be seen by real audiences every day. You'll use some of today's most exciting AI and creative tools — including Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Premiere, and more — to deliver polished, on-brand assets that drive results.

What You'll Do
AI-Powered Content Production
- Create compelling videos, images, and graphics using AI tools such as Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and CapCut
- Edit and adapt AI-generated and traditional multimedia content for paid advertising, social media, websites, and landing pages
- Apply motion graphics, transitions, captions, and light animation to enhance storytelling and campaign performance
- Deliver polished creative assets on brief, on time, and on brand
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with Creative, Ads, and Social teams to support ongoing campaigns and revisions
- Follow established creative workflows and SOPs while contributing your own creative eye
- Manage tasks and communication through Basecamp and Slack
- Organize files and assets according to Digital Resource's naming and file management standards
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or graphic design
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
- Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalents)
- Portfolio or reel demonstrating your creative work (please include a link in your application)
- Ability to follow creative briefs, brand guidelines, and documented processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once
- Reliable, responsive communicator in a remote work environment
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for video or image generation (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) — if you don't have this yet but are eager to learn, we still want to hear from you
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with Basecamp or similar project management tools
