Overview:
Digital Resource, an award-winning full-service digital marketing agency, is seeking a driven and strategic National Sales Manager to fuel our continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with proven success in digital marketing sales, ideally within an agency environment.

While this role does not include team management, we’re looking for a collaborative individual who thrives in a team-oriented culture, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can seamlessly partner with internal departments to deliver exceptional client solutions.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth on a national scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain productive, professional relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.

  • Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their digital marketing needs.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, recommending improvements to optimize results.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends.

  • Provide tailored client solutions by collaborating with internal service teams to ensure consistency, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your deep knowledge of digital marketing services to position value-driven solutions.

  • Represent Digital Resource at industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel as required).


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, with a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Strong background in digital marketing sales, preferably within an agency setting.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

  • Collaborative spirit — thrives in environments where teamwork with sales, marketing, and service teams is key to success.
