Digital Resource is seeking an adaptable and dynamic Marketing Content Strategist to join our team. If you excel at crafting compelling content and are eager to contribute strategic insights to our content marketing efforts, we want you on board!

As a Marketing Content Strategist, you’ll dive into the exciting world of content creation and strategy. Working closely with our awesome Content Marketing Manager, you’ll help bring fresh ideas to life, drive engagement, and keep our audience coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

Management Support:

• Weekly check-ins with team members and the SEO Content Marketing Manager.
• Assist with vendor relations and project timelines.

Content Strategy & Execution:

• Update and refine the Specialist Training Quarterly.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
• Step in for Editors/SEO specialists as needed.
• Conduct competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with partnering departments.

Process Optimization & Reporting:

• Audit project management tools.
• Report on content marketing performance.
• Research blogging insights.

Team Development:

• Assist in hiring, candidate screening, and interviews.
• Identify and arrange continued education opportunities.
• Support training for junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with CMS and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress).
• Familiarity with SEO platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Passion for mentorship and team collaboration.

Please note that after the first 90 days, this is a Hybrid position. You will be required to commute in to our West Palm Beach, FL office.
