SEO Content Marketing Assistant
The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the SEO Content Marketing Department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and experience in digital marketing or a related field. The successful candidate will assist with various tasks to ensure the department operates efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Regularly update and organize training resources for team members
Manage the onboarding and offboarding of new clients
Research and document team metrics and initiatives
Assist with scheduling and delegation of tasks
Handle day to day project management
Perform platform auditing to ensure compliance and efficiency
Plan and maintain the content calendar
Conduct basic quality assurance and proofreading
Generate basic reports
Create and organize presentations for Classes/Workshops and data storytelling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Familiarity with project management tools, specifically BaseCamp
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High level of attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Trainual or similar training platforms.
Basic knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress,Webflow).
