Digital Resource is seeking a motivated Social Media Assistant to join our team! This role is essential for maintaining a consistent brand voice across various platforms, which is crucial for attracting and retaining community members. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for creating engaging and meaningful interactions.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain a consistent brand voice across various social media platforms.
  • Engage with the online community to attract and retain followers.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, comments, reviews, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with key team members to create monthly social content calendars and strategies.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and cohesive online presence.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to support various tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and more. 
  • A passion for community building, customer interaction, and monitoring the latest social media trends.
  • Strong organizational, writing, and time-management skills.
  • High-speed internet access is necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus.
